Instructions

- Fill the muffin tin: Spoon the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). Be careful not to overbake.
- Cool: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
