Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    In a food processor, pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. In a medium bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.

  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate the crust for 10-15 minutes to set.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes). Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.

  6. Top with Whipped Cream:
    Spread the remaining 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping over the pudding layer.
