- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve cold, topped with chocolate shavings.
