Description

These Chocolate No-Bake Cookies with Peanut Butter are quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious! Made with a rich chocolate base, peanut butter, and oats, they’re the perfect sweet treat for any time you’re craving something indulgent without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

  • Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Base: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder, and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it comes to a full boil, allow it to boil for 1 minute without stirring.

  2. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the peanut butter is fully melted and incorporated into the chocolate mixture.

  3. Add Oats: Stir in the oats until well combined, making sure the oats are fully coated with the chocolate mixture.

  4. Scoop and Shape: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon or your hands to form a round shape.

  5. Let Set: Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes or until they have firmed up and set.

  6. Serve and Enjoy: Once the cookies are set, they’re ready to serve! Enjoy the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter.

Notes

  • If you want a firmer texture, let the cookies chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after they’ve set at room temperature.
