    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Peanut Caramel Layer:
    • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
    • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Chocolate Topping:
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup peanut butter chips
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
    • In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
  • Cheesecake Layer:
    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    • Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    • Mix in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
    • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and smooth it out.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  • Peanut Caramel Layer:
    • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the cooled cheesecake layer.
    • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Chocolate Topping:
    • In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.
    • Remove from heat and pour over semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
    • Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut caramel layer.
    • Sprinkle peanut butter chips and extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
