- Peanut Caramel Layer:
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Chocolate Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Cheesecake Layer:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
- Peanut Caramel Layer:
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the cooled cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chocolate Topping:
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and pour over semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut caramel layer.
- Sprinkle peanut butter chips and extra chocolate chips on top.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
