- 4 sheets of aluminum foil (large enough to wrap the salmon)
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil, then drizzle the cilantro lime honey garlic sauce evenly over each piece.
- Fold the sides of the foil up around the salmon to create a sealed packet, ensuring the sauce stays inside while baking.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the packets from the oven, and carefully open the foil (watch out for steam!).
