- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (for the topping)
- 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (for the topping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Slowly mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Bake: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Add Cinnamon Sugar Topping: Brush the top of the warm loaf with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Serve: Allow to cool, then slice and enjoy the fall flavors!
