- 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth. Divide into balls.
- Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each disc until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve warm, with toppings if desired.
