Description

A delicious and cheesy sandwich featuring seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and caramelized onions, grilled between slices of buttered bread.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices Swiss cheese (or American cheese)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp butter (for bread)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Caramelize the onions by heating olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  • Cook seasoned ground beef patties in the same skillet until fully cooked.
  • Assemble sandwiches with mayonnaise, cheese, patties, and onions.
  • Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauces, fries, or pickles.
