Description

A rich and decadent no-bake chocolate fudge cake that is chilled to perfection—smooth, creamy, and intensely chocolaty.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Allow the fudge mixture to cool slightly, then pour it over the crust in the pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the chocolate fudge layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or dust with cocoa powder if desired.
