Description

A refreshing and tropical Colombian beverage made with coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 45 limes)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, water, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.

Notes

  • You can use coconut cream for a richer version.
  • Chill all ingredients beforehand for an extra cold drink without diluting with too much ice.
