Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4–5 limes)
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, water, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and frothy.
Notes
- You can use coconut cream for a richer version.
- Chill all ingredients beforehand for an extra cold drink without diluting with too much ice.
- Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
