Description

This easy and delicious Condensed Milk Cheesecake is rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. With a smooth texture and a simple, buttery graham cracker crust, it’s the perfect dessert for any occasion. This no-bake cheesecake is made with condensed milk, giving it a rich sweetness and perfect texture without the need for baking.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

For the Topping (optional):

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish to form a firm crust. Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter cheesecake filling and beat until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the cheesecake has fully set.
  • Topping: Top the chilled cheesecake with fresh berries or whipped cream, if desired, just before serving.
  • Slice and serve cold for a smooth, creamy, and delightful dessert.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought graham cracker crust if you’re short on time.
  • If you prefer a baked crust, you can bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
  • Feel free to get creative with the topping: try chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, or even crushed cookies for extra flavor and texture.
