- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
For the Topping (optional):

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish to form a firm crust. Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter cheesecake filling and beat until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the cheesecake has fully set.
- Topping: Top the chilled cheesecake with fresh berries or whipped cream, if desired, just before serving.
- Slice and serve cold for a smooth, creamy, and delightful dessert.
Notes
- You can use store-bought graham cracker crust if you’re short on time.
- If you prefer a baked crust, you can bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
- Feel free to get creative with the topping: try chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, or even crushed cookies for extra flavor and texture.
