Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry.
    • Carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or a melon baller, creating space for the filling.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Stuff the Strawberries:
    • Use a piping bag or a small spoon to fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture. Fill them generously.
  • Add the Topping:
