Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry.
- Carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or a melon baller, creating space for the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Stuff the Strawberries:
- Use a piping bag or a small spoon to fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture. Fill them generously.
- Add the Topping:
- In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with a little extra cookie butter if desired for added flavor and moisture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top of the stuffed strawberries, pressing gently to adhere.
