Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box of your favorite brownie mix (any flavor)
- Eggs (as specified on the brownie mix package)
- Oil or melted butter (as specified on the brownie mix package)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolate goodness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for enhanced flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, using the recommended amount of eggs and oil/melted butter.
- If desired, stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract for added richness.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 15–30 minutes before baking.
- Experiment with different brownie mixes (e.g., fudge, peanut butter, or white chocolate) to create unique flavors.
- Add-ins like nuts, sprinkles, or crushed candy bars can take these cookies to the next level.
