Description
This copycat Arby’s Beef & Cheddar sandwich features thinly sliced roast beef topped with melted cheddar cheese and creamy zesty sauce, all nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun.

- 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 sesame seed sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to make the zesty sauce.
- Warm the roast beef in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until heated through.
- Place the roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Spread the zesty sauce on the top buns and assemble the sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly sliced deli roast beef for best texture.
- For extra flavor, add pickles or sautéed onions.
- Toast buns lightly before assembling for extra crunch.
