Description

This copycat Arby’s Beef & Cheddar sandwich features thinly sliced roast beef topped with melted cheddar cheese and creamy zesty sauce, all nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 sesame seed sandwich buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to make the zesty sauce.
  3. Warm the roast beef in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Place the roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Spread the zesty sauce on the top buns and assemble the sandwiches.
  7. Serve immediately.
