Description
Copycat Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade is a refreshing, creamy, and tangy treat that mimics the famous version from Chick-fil-A. With just a few simple ingredients, you can recreate this perfect blend of lemonade and vanilla ice cream right at home!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt)
- 1/2 cup cold water or lemon-lime soda (for added fizz)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)
- Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the lemonade: In a pitcher or large mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir until the syrup is dissolved, creating a lemonade mixture.
- Blend the Frosted Lemonade: In a blender, add the lemonade mixture, vanilla ice cream, and cold water (or lemon-lime soda for extra fizz). Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you’d like a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve: Pour the frosted lemonade into glasses and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately as a cool, refreshing treat!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to taste.
- For a lighter version, you can use frozen yogurt or a lower-fat ice cream.
- If you prefer a sweeter lemonade, you can increase the amount of simple syrup or add a bit of honey.
- This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger group!
