Description

This Copycat Dunkin’ Hash Brown Brisket Scramble Bowl layers crispy golden hash browns, smoky brisket, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheddar for the ultimate breakfast comfort food—all in one skillet! 


Ingredients

For the Hash Browns:

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed & patted dry)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Brisket:

  • 1 lb cooked smoked brisket (chopped, or substitute corned beef)

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Scramble:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Crisp Hash Browns: Heat oil in cast-iron skillet. Cook hash browns with spices 8-10 mins per side until golden. Transfer to plate.

  2. Glaze Brisket: In same skillet, combine chopped brisket, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire. Heat 3-4 mins until sticky.

  3. Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs with milk. Melt butter in clean skillet; cook eggs low & slow until just set.

  4. Assemble: Layer hash browns, brisket, scrambled eggs, and cheese in bowls or skillet. Broil 1 min to melt cheese.

  5. Garnish: Top with green onions. Serve with hot sauce.
