    • 2 cups water
  • Other:

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook chicken: Prepare popcorn chicken according to package directions until crispy.
  • Make gravy: In a small saucepan, combine gravy packets, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for one minute. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cook corn: Microwave corn with a tablespoon of water until heated through. Toss with salt.
  • Assemble: In serving bowls, spoon a generous amount of mashed potatoes. Top with cooked popcorn chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, corn, and ladle gravy over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
