Description

  • These Cottage Cheese Chips are a high-protein, low-carb snack that’s crunchy, cheesy, and totally addicting. Perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd preferred)

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: Everything bagel seasoning, grated Parmesan, dried herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. Blend Cottage Cheese: Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

  3. Season: Pour the blended cottage cheese into a bowl and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon Onto Sheet: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread each into thin circles.

  5. Bake: Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are firm and crisp.

  6. Cool: Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet—they will continue to firm up as they cool.

  7. Serve: Enjoy plain, with dips, or topped with your favorite seasoning!

Notes

  • Texture Tip: Bake until fully golden for a crispier chip. Slight under-baking will result in a chewy center.

  • Seasoning Ideas: Try ranch seasoning, chili powder, or even cinnamon sugar for a sweet version!

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-crisp in the oven if needed.
