1 cup cottage cheese (small curd preferred)

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Blend Cottage Cheese: Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

Season: Pour the blended cottage cheese into a bowl and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

Spoon Onto Sheet: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread each into thin circles.

Bake: Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are firm and crisp.

Cool: Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet—they will continue to firm up as they cool.
