Description

This Cotton Candy Fudge is a fun, sweet treat that combines creamy white chocolate with the whimsical flavors of cotton candy. The vibrant pink and blue swirls make it a delightful dessert, perfect for parties, gift-giving, or a fun afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink and blue food coloring
  • Unicorn or rainbow sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra on the sides for easy removal later.
  • Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir over low heat until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla extract and cotton candy flavoring.
  • Divide and Color the Mixture: Pour the fudge mixture into two separate bowls. Add pink food coloring to one bowl and blue to the other, stirring until the color is evenly incorporated.
  • Create the Swirl Effect: Spoon alternating dollops of the pink and blue fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a toothpick or butter knife to gently swirl the colors together to create a marble-like effect.
  • Add Sprinkles: Sprinkle unicorn or rainbow sprinkles over the top for a fun, festive touch.
  • Set the Fudge: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Once firm, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
  • Serve: Enjoy your colorful and delicious cotton candy fudge!

Notes

  • Be sure to refrigerate the fudge long enough for it to set before slicing.
  • Feel free to experiment with other food coloring colors for different variations.
  • You can substitute cotton candy flavoring with other fun, sweet flavorings like bubblegum or strawberry for a twist.
