- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onion, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 1 tbsp of filling into the center of each.
- Fold edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush each dough ball generously with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Brush with extra garlic butter after baking if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use cooked, peeled shrimp and check crab meat for shells before mixing.
- You can substitute biscuit dough with crescent roll dough or pizza dough.
- Great served with marinara, lemon aioli, or spicy remoulade.
- To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate unbaked bombs for up to 8 hours before baking.
