Description

Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs are the ultimate seafood party bites! Imagine fluffy biscuit dough filled with a creamy, cheesy mix of crab, shrimp, and herbs—brushed with garlicky butter and baked until golden and irresistible. Perfect for game day, holidays, or anytime you want to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onion, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 1 tbsp of filling into the center of each.
  4. Fold edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  6. Brush each dough ball generously with garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Brush with extra garlic butter after baking if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use cooked, peeled shrimp and check crab meat for shells before mixing.
  • You can substitute biscuit dough with crescent roll dough or pizza dough.
  • Great served with marinara, lemon aioli, or spicy remoulade.
  • To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate unbaked bombs for up to 8 hours before baking.
