- 1 lb cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6 slices)
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 12 slider buns (soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms together. Place the bottom half of the buns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
- Place the top half of the buns over the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of the buns.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden brown and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a layer of sliced pickles or jalapeños inside the buns.
- If you prefer a spicier version, add a little hot sauce or diced green chilies to the chicken mixture.
- You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate the assembled sliders, then bake them the next day.
