Description

Crack Chicken Sliders are an irresistibly creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dish that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser! With a combination of shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and bacon, these sliders are perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6 slices)
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 slider buns (soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms together. Place the bottom half of the buns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Place the top half of the buns over the chicken mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden brown and the sliders are heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a layer of sliced pickles or jalapeños inside the buns.
  • If you prefer a spicier version, add a little hot sauce or diced green chilies to the chicken mixture.
  • You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate the assembled sliders, then bake them the next day.
