Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) can of crab meat
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 loaf of French bread, sliced in half lengthwise, with the middle hollowed out
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and mozzarella until well combined.
- Add the Crab: Fold the crab meat and Old Bay seasoning into the cheese mixture until evenly mixed.
- Fill the Bread: Place the hollowed-out French bread halves onto the prepared cookie sheet. Generously fill the bread with the crab and cheese mixture.

Notes
- You can substitute the crab meat with shrimp or lobster for a different flavor.
- Feel free to add other spices or herbs according to your taste.
