- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

- Assemble the Bites: Press each puff pastry square into the mini muffin tin cups. Place a small cube of Brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Add Cranberry Sauce: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each Brie cube. Add chopped pecans or walnuts on top, if desired, for extra crunch.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
- Garnish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh rosemary for a burst of flavor. If desired, drizzle a little honey over the top for extra sweetness.
- Serve: Let the bites cool slightly before serving. They are best enjoyed warm but still delicious at room temperature.
