These Cranberry Glazed Meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for any party. With a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce coating, they’re sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the cranberry glaze over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Serve the cranberry glazed meatballs hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by modifying the amount of honey.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
