Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the cranberry glaze over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve the cranberry glazed meatballs hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by modifying the amount of honey.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
