Instructions

- Place the cheese mixture onto a piece of cling film and mold it into a log shape. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, spread the remaining pecan mixture on a chopping board. Unwrap the cheese log and coat it evenly with the pecan mixture.
- Slice the cheese log with a sharp knife and serve with crackers.
