- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the Beef and Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper, cooking until beef is browned and vegetables are softened, about 7-10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Drain excess fat.
