Description

This creamy, sweet, and tangy fruit dip is the perfect accompaniment to fresh fruits like strawberries, apples, and grapes. Made with just a few ingredients, it’s easy to prepare and always a hit at parties, picnics, or gatherings. The combination of cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla creates a delightful dip that complements any fruit platter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow creme)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional, to thin the dip to your desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a hand mixer or whisk, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the dip is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness, adding more powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter dip.
  5. Serve the dip with a variety of fresh fruits such as strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, grapes, or melon.
  6. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, you can add a little cinnamon or nutmeg to the dip to give it extra flavor.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for half of the cream cheese.
  • This dip also works well with cookies, graham crackers, or even pretzels as a dipper.
  • You can make the dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
