  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Garnish

  • More chopped basil leaves
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and mix them with basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Let this marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, blend together the feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
