- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While fries bake, heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter, chicken broth, and heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat in creamy garlic sauce; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve chicken with creamy garlic sauce alongside crispy fries. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- Use skin-on chicken thighs for extra flavor.
- Try seasoning fries with paprika or garlic powder for extra taste.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
