- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tsp chili powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9ร9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded hashbrowns, cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, green chilies, onion, tomatoes (if using), chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken for convenience.
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot green chilies.
