Ingredients
Scale
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds to the mixture and stir well to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Before serving, stir the pudding well to ensure it’s creamy and smooth.
- Serve chilled, and top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, coconut flakes, or dark chocolate shavings.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup or honey.
- For a thicker pudding, use less milk; for a thinner consistency, add a little more.
- You can use any milk (dairy or plant-based) based on your dietary preference.
