- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat and sliced mushrooms in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef and mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!

- f you prefer a thicker sauce, you can stir in a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a little water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
