  • 8 oz twisted pasta (like rotini or fusilli)

Instructions

  1. Cook twisted pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
