  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rotini)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or chopped basil (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sear chicken pieces for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat in the sauce. Toss in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach if using.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer everything together for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with more Parmesan and fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.
