Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach in a delicious Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in olive oil until golden brown, then slice.
  • Sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  • Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and add chicken. Serve garnished with fresh basil.

  • For additional flavor, add more garlic or fresh herbs.
