- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the creamy Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Serve the wings garnished with fresh parsley and enjoy!
