Description

  • For the Chicken Wings:
    • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and black pepper, to taste
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • For the Alfredo Sauce:
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the creamy Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  • Serve the wings garnished with fresh parsley and enjoy!

  • For extra crispy wings, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
