Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy. Return chicken to the skillet.
  • Serve garnished with parsley.
