- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and ranch seasoning mix to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Add egg noodles and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
