Description

Creamy Ranch Chicken & Noodles is a hearty and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken and noodles cooked in a rich, creamy ranch sauce — perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and ranch seasoning mix to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add egg noodles and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
