- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray or lightly oil the insert.
- Add sliced smoked sausage, baby potatoes, chopped onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender and flavors melded.
- Before serving, stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- For a thicker sauce, stir in 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
