Description

A rich and savory dip featuring tender mushrooms stuffed with a creamy blend of cheeses, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Perfect for parties or cozy gatherings, this dish is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 24 large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stuff the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is bubbly and hot.
  • Serve warm with your favorite crackers or bread.
