Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for a fresh touch)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the Boursin:
Place the Boursin cheese in an oven-safe dish (such as a small baking dish or ramekin). Use a spoon to smooth out the top for an even bake. - Make the Topping:
In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese (if using), and lemon zest (if using). Stir until the breadcrumbs are coated and the mixture is well combined. - Top the Cheese:
Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the Boursin cheese. - Bake:
Drizzle a little olive oil over the breadcrumbs and place the dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Serve immediately with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy the creamy, crispy goodness!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb topping.
- You can make this in advance by preparing the cheese and breadcrumb topping and then refrigerating until you’re ready to bake.
