Description

These Crispy Baked Parmesan Garlic Fries are the perfect side dish or snack, combining the savory flavors of garlic and Parmesan with perfectly crispy potatoes. Easy to make and healthier than traditional fries, they are sure to be a hit at any gathering!

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
  • Prepare the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  • Bake the Fries: Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then flip the fries and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Add the Parmesan and Garlic: Once the fries are done baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries and toss them gently to coat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
