Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Optional fillings: sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, cilantro

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture on each. Top with shredded cheese, red onion, and any additional fillings.
  • Fold the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly to enclose the fillings.
  • Toast the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the wraps seam side down and press gently with a spatula. Toast until the bottom is crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until equally golden.
  • Serve: Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
