Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture on each. Top with shredded cheese, red onion, and any additional fillings.
- Fold the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly to enclose the fillings.
- Toast the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the wraps seam side down and press gently with a spatula. Toast until the bottom is crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until equally golden.
- Serve: Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
