Ingredients

Scale

For the Lobster Bites:

  • 1 lb lobster tails, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lobster: Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge lobster pieces in this mixture, shaking off excess.
  • Fry: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry lobster bites until golden (about 2-3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  • Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve: Drizzle the lobster bites with garlic butter sauce or serve it as a dip. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use an egg wash before dredging in the flour mixture.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic in the sauce to your preference.
