Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Roll each asparagus spear in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated asparagus on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until asparagus is tender and coating is golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally with a squeeze of lemon or dipping sauce.
