Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
    • Set up a breading station:
      • Bowl 1: Flour
      • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
      • Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs + Parmesan cheese
    • Dip each chicken cutlet into flour, then egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
