Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    • Mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
    • Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until slightly thickened.
    • Add grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
