Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cut the Potatoes: Slice each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato). Place the wedges in a large bowl and toss with olive oil until well coated.
- Season the Wedges: In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss the potato wedges in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring each wedge is evenly coated.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down for optimal crispiness.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Flip halfway through for even crispiness.
