Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Add the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing (if using), butter, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker, stirring the ranch sauce into the chicken until fully coated.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
